Junior Marketing Intern ( Open Roles-2)

Roles & Responsibilities:

For this junior Marketing Assistant role, the primary responsibility is to be accountable for marketing assistance and relevant editing tasks while provide support other marketing activities. The detailed responsibilities are:

•⁠  ⁠General administrative support to marketing team such as: material translations for EDM, flyer, banner, PPT, landing page, seller interview notes etc.

•⁠  ⁠Assist with daily Marketing supports of digital marketing platform operations

•⁠  ⁠Assist with creation, editing and promotion of marketing collaterals (incl. brochures, pitch decks, multimedia contents, etc.)

•⁠  ⁠Marketing data consolidation and analysis

•⁠  ⁠Event support: provide dedicated support to entire event organization covering pre-event, event day and post-event.

•⁠  ⁠Coordination with partner teams for daily works

•⁠  ⁠Support various Marketing activities upon requests

Skills:

•⁠  ⁠A team-player with strong organization & planning skills

•⁠  ⁠Good command of measuring performance based on data analysis.

•⁠  ⁠Demonstrated learning abilities and communication skills, excellent Mandarin and English language skills

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

1.⁠ ⁠Be able to work 3-5 days each week

2.⁠ ⁠Accuracy and attention to detail

3.⁠ ⁠Good command of English, at least CET-4

4.⁠ ⁠Computer skills, Using MS office applications

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

1.⁠ ⁠Sound judgment and flexibility in balancing requirements, tight deadlines, and keeping people and projects moving on schedule

2.⁠ ⁠Having knowledge and familiar with Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word,PS AI adobe etc tools

3.⁠ ⁠creative and good taste in color and post structure etc

Operations Intern ( Open Roles-2)

Key job responsibilities

As an operations intern, you’ll have the opportunity to apply your analytical skills to impactful projects that enhance the functionality and service of a e-commerce start up. Key aspects of the role include:

•⁠  ⁠Completing high-priority projects to the highest standard, demonstrating your ability to deliver results

•⁠  ⁠Analyzing data to identify operational challenges and opportunities for improvement

•⁠  ⁠Proposing and testing solutions, collaborating with the team to implement the most effective ones

•⁠  ⁠Developing communication and teamwork skills by working with managers, stakeholders, and frontline associates.

•⁠  ⁠Be on the move within the building to engage with various teams. This includes actively gathering knowledge by participating in activities such as pre-briefs, flow meetings, and discussions with the leadership team and associates.

•⁠  ⁠Ability to navigate the workspace and move between different areas is essential for this position.

•⁠  ⁠Displaying flexibility to work various schedules and shift patterns as required.

•⁠  ⁠Potential relocation to the designated work location.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

•⁠  ⁠Currently enrolled in a Masters’s Degree program in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, 

•⁠  ⁠Knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel (pivot tables, vlook up, charts)
